Something's wrong.

They used to be really good about listening to feedback. Lately, the community has been crying out for communication and most of the devs don't even acknowledge us. They do, however, acknowledge irrelevant posts.

damn it boy what in god's good name are you talking about
purplederpy wrote: »Ohhhhh I see now. Let's say the zerg buffs for example. Sure, just saying "stop buffing zergs" doesn't get the point across, and doesn't provide anything to build off of for a dev reading the post. My 3-word sentence was just the skinny, though. I've seen plenty of threads with actual constructive discussion about the issue. Streamers like Sypherpk and Fengrush even talked about it on the "We are ESO" podcast, a podcast that ZOS devs have tuned in to watch.
And there has been total silence from ZOS about it. Which is not unlike how they've reacted to the other different issues stated above.

Great..
Of the hypothetical questions the "community" asked in which your initial post stated a zos response of ...
You pick one of those questions
After you picked a question, come up with the solution or statement or whatever it is you are looking for
It might not be as easy as you think
Just because they don't say what you want to hear doesn't mean they aren't saying anything. It took them a while to fix some of those things you mentioned, people just need to keep letting them know whats wrong and they will work on it.
"Community: "Fix the lag in Cyrodiil."
ZOS: ...they are working on it and is their main priority.
Community: "Stop buffing zergs."
ZOS: ...they arent buffing zergs.
Community: "Give us a small group or 1v1 pvp arena."
ZOS: They have nothing in the works although they wont rule it out in the future.
Community: "We need more trials."
ZOS: New trial coming in next DLC
Community: "Magicka DK needs buffing."
ZOS: ...Magicka dk is one of the best dps for pve. Not exactly an easy thing to juggle pvp and pve but im sure they will think of something.
Community: "PvP content isn't as rewarding as PvE content."
ZOS: ...pvp is rewarding just by doing pvp. Also they are increasing the lvls of pvp sets in cyrodiil.
Community: "These abilities need reworking. A lot of people are in consensus."
ZOS: ...skills are always a work in progress.
read up before you rant and make untrue posts.
