Where do I find the physical address and direct telephone contact information of Customer Service to provide to the local State Attorney General requires to file a complaint for an unresolved issue affecting many individuals for longer than a nine month period? Are they a subcontractor provider for customer service to ZOS clients? If so what is their information as well?

No, I do not want to sue Zenimax. I want a nine month long ongoing issue affecting a sizable number of their customers resolved without them giving indefinite answers, skirting the questions and not giving a time frame for resolution for the issue. After 9+ months you'd think they'd address it but they really don't address the root cause.

This does not provide direct contact information for customer service which in all likelihood subcontracted out to a 3rd party. I do not have a legal issue with Zenimax . I have an ongoing issue with customer service or whomever provides their customer service and getting an issue resolved but they skirt the question almost entirely and will not give anyone a straight answer.

I don't know how much more direct you can get than the exact phone number for ZOS support. And if this issue is affecting a sizeable number of customers, it would be good to know what the issue actually is.

I don't know how much more direct you can get than the exact phone number for ZOS support. And if this issue is affecting a sizeable number of customers, it would be good to know what the issue actually is.

I misread some of it. My eyesight is starting to fail me. Thank you for the link to the information.

I've only had forum acct since then. I've played this game since Beta. I miss telephone tech support getting answers and issues resolved same day and not over 9 months without resolution with CS reps passing the buck. Past couple months eyesight has deteriorated and I've lost 8%-10% of my eyesight. The length I've held a forum account isn't an issue. My original forum code invitation expired as I had no interest in posting just playing the game. Troll all you want but I got the info I need now.

You're right. As I stated above I do not want to sue them but it seems I must get assistance getting answers and this issue that's been going on since February resolved.

It sounds like you are talking about a class action, in which case you need to talk to a lawyer first. However, surely you can resolve issues without doing that.

the word frivolous comes to mind.
unless of course you are wealthy and fees are no concern of yours.
in that case a lawyer may do it.
that doesn't mean you'd get anywhere.

I was thinking the same thing, but its hard to tell someone that. They usually have to find out on their own.
