Main Orsinium quest broken. Spoiler!

I am having a host of issues since the patch, but this one is making progression through the Orsinium Story impossible.
I have checked my drivers, disabled addons, lowered the graphics option to medium, reinstalled, all with no resolution to my problem.
This is very frustrating. I can't play the new content, because the main quest line is broken. add on top of that the fact that I get random crashes, and the sorcerer abilities are still broken.
I am starting to think that Zennimax likes breaking their game to see just how upset they can make their customers before they decide to quit.
Edited by Trosski on November 10, 2015 7:00PM I finished the quest to help the caravan survivors, and was told to discover who the traitor is at the inn in Orsinium. When I try to talk to the Innkeeper I get a crash report screen, and then get dumped out to my desktop.
