So... About Those Effects that Proc off of DoTs (Skoria included)

Since you, the combat team, have decided that the only way to "improve performance" was to flat out nerf the tick-rate on a bunch of skills that were vital to both DPS and Tank characters' rotations, are you going to up the proc rate on certain passives/skills/item sets (Burning Light, Disintegration, Siphoning Attacks, etc.) to compensate for the reduced tick-rates? Because it's pretty clear that you guys just went and changed another set of skills without thinking about what effect it would have on various other things. Especially since you've already smashed Skoria into the ground, as well as the Templar class. And don't even get me started on DKs.

Oh, and
Affected abilities will now tick less frequently, but deal more damage such that overall damage should remain constant.
doesn't exactly inspire much confidence. It's like saying "yeah we reduced the gas mileage of your car, but increased the speed so you *should* still be able to get from point A to point B like usual."

Also, lol@not doing the same thing to Caltrops.

    Sighs, even before this nerf skoria was doing jack for me post stealth nerf......

    I have caltrops, burning breath, unstable flame, caltrops, blood craze and axes bleed ticking but it barely drops any meteors. Now I guess its time to decon and pray I get my temper and waxes back...
