vr14 Loot from an Orsinium world boss at vr16?

This dropped from the titan world boss from orsinium. If it was vr15 I wouldnt really complain, but vr14? Really?
Is anyone else getting vr14 loot at vr16?

pretty much, its a new end game zone that scales. No reason a vr16 should be getting vr14 loot. It shouldnt be there in the first place
