1. The Immersive Graphics
2. The detailed stories and quests
3. PvP


Worst:

1. Loading Screens and Lag
2. Lack of customizability (handful or races, very few classes, cookie cutter builds, only 6 skills/ult per bar)
3. Bugginess

Best:

• Visuals
• Story (As a whole, such as the massive amount of Lore behind every little detail)
• Massive and Immersive environments

Worst:

• The need for addons that do basic things that should be a part of the base game, such as the need for an addon just to stack things in the guild bank, or have a minimap, etc.
• Game breaking glitches and lag spikes (yes, these occur in every MMO, still they are always in the worst aspects of every game)
• The "RNG," or the prevalence of BoP gear.
