Going on the 3rd since the new DLC came out, and I've yet to stay logged in for more than 2-3minutes a day. Every time I select a character, I wait on loading screen only to get kicked back to the log in screen with one of two errors "Unable to connect to to game server. Please check you have a valid internet connection" or "An error has occurred. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection.". Sometimes no error at all.

I managed to connect a grand total of 3 times, all for a couple of minutes until everything stops moving except me and I'm kicked back to the log in screen. After that, the errors resume and I can't connect again.

I tried everything that came to my mind, nothing fixed it. Ran as administrator, ran in compatibility mode, deleted all add ons, disabled anti virus and firewall, deleted usersettings.txt, rebooted computer, repaired several times, reset internet connection, downloaded the french version of the game, made sure drivers and OS were updated.

Customer support so far has been unhelpful.

I don't know what else to try. I just want to play. :(

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    At least you've gotten that far. I haven't even been able to get the game to launch yet.

    I'm not saying it's a problem on your end but. I have not been kicked a single time or have even had any lag (except in pvp) since the update.
    Have you ran the test through the launcher? It's under settings. It will finish and give you a log of everything. Scroll to the bottom where they do the packet testing and see if your dropping packets.

    Are you using a router? If so, have you tried to connect directly to the internet? I was having the same issue back during Update 2. I thought it was the new lighting, but it was just my router dying. Everything else worked so I just assumed it was the game.
