Bug - only able to load one character, can't even view others.

I logged off of one of my characters, and tried to log onto another. Rather than showing that one on screen and giving me the option to play, it immediately loaded the one I just logged off of. Now whenever I start the game I am practically locked into this one, and can't get to my others.
Obviously, this is a problem. At this point I just want to log on to my crafter and make a staff haha.
But really, has anyone seen this glitch before? I want to get it fixed. After posting this I'll try reinstalling the game.

Hi @SlappyThePoptart !

If you can try deleting your UserSettings.txt file, it may force a fresh startup of the game next time you log in. Please be aware you will need to reset your settings and possibly change any tweaks you have made to the file for troubleshooting purposes.

If you still experience this, please both let us know via support and submit a /bug ticket as well.
