i have been searching endlessly now since the imperial city patch has released and i have never seen the Xivkin Axes motif'

it doesnt exist.

    I can double check but I got the full book motif off one of the Sewer's banner bosses.

    They are there. It's not hard to find them in guild stores. At least on EU/PC

    Xivkyn Axes will drop from Monstrous Tooth Vault in IC, confirmed! My RNG sucks!

    I can confirm Xivkyn Axes does exist.. it's still rare but I did manage to get one to complete my collection.
    Far too many characters to list any more.
