What the heck! fatal bug with chat channels! PS4 NA

I am online now (PS4) and for some reason every time I select a chat channel it gets deleted from my list and needless to say doesn't work. I tried logging off an logging back in again but the channels are still gone and it still happens. please @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_RichLambert I could use a priority response on this hence the reason for posting here. I guess I won't be joining PvP night if I can't even communicate with my guild...
