Crafted conjured weapons idea

Allow usage of enchanting to make conjured weapons or gain a perk for arcane blacksmithing. Anyway the idea us to craft bound weapons like two handed and 1 handed spectral or whatever style weapons that scale and add spell power and their heavy attacks recover magicka not stamina and scale with spell penetration it would allow a bit more indepth class customization. Kinda thought of it whith the julianos armor being a magicka hundings. Anyway craft it using styles maybe making them translucent and use something like soulgems and aspects to craft them since we have an abundance of grand soul gems all the time. It would make magicka tanks have a more damaging puncture and magic bow sorc hit harder etc rather than using stam weapons for magicka builds anyway idea can use work but its just a random thought..
