As I haven't ventured onto the PTS this time around (I didn't want to spoil any of Orsinium for me - I'd rather experience it for the first time on the live server), I haven't tried this fight myself, so I'm curious about whether it really is overly tough.
So for those of you who have done this fight on PTS, were you able to complete it solo? It would be appreciated if those replying could post some details about their level/class/champion points/general build.
Oh, and I would have preferred to post this in the PTS forum, but you can't create polls there.

YesI beat him on a VR12 sorc tank with around 100 CP. Honestly I can't remember having any sort of trouble with this boss, though the fight was a bit long. This was before the EU character copy though, and I know they said something about increasing the difficulty.0
