Question about block cost and block cost enchantment stacking

stairwaytwoheavenb16_ESO
Ive googled this and something tells me its one of those things that is up in the air but Im gonna ask anyways..lol This is for a Imperial DK by the way, in case that changes anything..

1) Is it worth it to have 3 block cost reduction glyphs on the 3 jewelry pieces or is one of those things that just isn't worth it? For example having 1 Stamina regen and 2 cost reduction or even 2 regen nd 1 cost reduction.

2) Is there a actual factual calculation about block cost and how glyphs and buffs affect it. Is there "common knowledge" that maybe Ive missed by playing on console.

I 220 CP and I but all 71 in block reduction, I wear 3 glyphs of block reduction.

thanks!

As for the Glyphs, I can tell you how it works for Magic Cost Reduction. The Glyphs Stack for the most part. By most part I mean prior to IC, I was getting more cost reduction from the glyphs than the glyphs said they would. For example, I had 3 Gold Glyph Cost Reduction jewlery that the tool tip said gives 180 cost reduction, but I would actually see about 650 cost reduction when they were applied.

After IC, the tool tip showed 198 per glyph, but it seems there is a hard cap on just how much reduction you get. I am not at my game machine right now, so I can't tell you what I think the cap is.

However all that being said, I think anything you can do for cost reduction is better than increasing regen. No need to regen your pool if your not using it up. Now, PvP might be something different, those folks seem to prefer Regen.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
