I don't think this is something limited to sorcs. Not all that hard and doesn't need to use pets lol.

There's no reason to PVP there that's for sure, how they ever spun this off as a PVP update is beyond me. I actually feel violated that they called this a PVP update.

My guess is it will be a wasteland, there's nothing to do with Cyrodiil in that area. Why it's a part of the population count is baffling.

I soloed the ice atronach in nobles(?) havent tried the others...

lets face it IC was a PVE update. It was PVE with PVP enabled to attack other players nothing more. From a so called PVP update i expect more than just a new area. New game modes new rules new siege/weapons. Thats what i would call a PVP update....

I predict trolls like marypopins will be solo trolling sewers months after orsinium release in hopes of finding more PvErs to gank.
some people who play games makes me wonder about their lives and their intent. shame.

IC is already dead and rightfully so I thougth it was really boring but vital to lore of this franchise and that era of time.

I see IC with absolutely 0 players in it when orsinium comes out

IC never had a real meaning other than "Yeah, we somehow finished IC so shut up now and stop asking for it!" for ZOS.

So yes, it's already dead and as it has no meaning for PvP it will be a complete wasteland until they ultimately shutdown ESO servers at some day in the future.

Oh and clearly it will die as there are no pvp objectives and pve ers didnt wanna go there anyway.

Ic needs purpose. It needs an objective for PVPers. Without it, its wonderful environments for PVP will be largely uninhabited.

IC had a purpose, to take your money. They did that, now it's purpose is to not cost ZOS any more money to maintain.

IC started dieing(thank god) the day it came out. Pop locked servers with empty cyrodiil with full raids in sewers and jam packed memorial district. Why it counted against cyrodiil pop but has nothing to do with it we will never no.

The only reason to go into the IC is the grind for the trophies. Not for having fun or anything at all. Just for a grind.

I had plenty of fun in IC. i pvp for the sake of pvp, rewards are just a bonus. but the lack of a goal and the population somehow belonging to cyrodill cap was the dumbest design choice ive seen in a long time

Its probably gonna die, unless its the only place you can reliably get the Rank 10 enchanting Potency runes using Tel Vars...

Then the only ones you'll see are those farming in small packs for just enough TV's to get the 2 or 3 runes they need.

Or for those farming for the polymorphs, or for those ganking those who are looking for all the above... lol

It will die, because PVPers don't like it due to it having literally no PVP incentive, and PVEers don't like it, because they are weak and scared of PVP.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to release strictly PVE content as a "PVP" Update, clearly wasn't thinking right. I cancelled my sub as soon as I realized how little IC had to do with PVP despite all the suggestions that it was a zone for PVPers.

It'd be like if they enables PVP in craglorn and tried to tell everyone that even though it is a strictly PVE zone, with strictly PVE objectives, that somehow, it was a zone designed for PVP players. It's just plain frustrating.

This. It has no purpose beyond the grind.

Come to think of it, cyrodiil is starting to feel like it has no purpose.

If new DLC is any good I will set foot in IC once more to trade in my stones. My guess however is we will find the drop rate in IC will be 10 times better than the PvE DLC to force people to gear in Imperial city

It was nice to have lagfree pvp... thats where i really liked IC and the small tunnels to wipe zergs but i guess we have to go back to lagodyl.

The gankers will be ganking each other for stones, but some one is going to have to collect them first LOL I gave the IC about 2 months before it dwindled to almost nothing, I am sure there will still be some limited action in the districts, it is still the only place to gather TV stones and trophies for the vaults, just wont see the numbers any longer.

IC is a good grind spot for V16's who need to get to the CP cap. Other than that I could see it becoming a ghost town until the content of Orsinium is finished. Maybe some achievement hunters might keep it somewhat alive but doubt that.

IC was fun for what it was but I don't see myself stepping back into the sewers once I am at the CP cap. Unless someone knows of a better CP grind for AD?
