Its getting to the point were high CP investment is required to fulfil your role properly, and skills are being balanced around high CP investment.
(DISCLAIMER: a lot of these problems are also because of lack of softcaps, but adding a massive progression system on top of that defiantly contributed)
this is also hurting multirole builds, because its starting to require massive CP investment into your role combined with using CP to patch skill and ability nerfs its becoming harder to play the way you want. if you a tank you HAVE to invest in block cost reduction and the like, healers in +% healing done, DPS in mighty/thaumaturgy, etc.
my focusing in these way not only are we killing build diversity and flexibility but ZOS starts balancing the game wrong, instead of tweaking the CP system that is causing the discrepancies they nerf skills and abilities. this in tern puts even more focus on CP's and specialization within them. this is going to lead to an endless cycle of high cp = base skills nerfed = get more cp = base skills nerfed even further = etc. etc.

BUT HEY!!! you can buy xp pots in the crown store that will help you get CP FASTER!!!! just give them some $$$
