Floating Combat Text for Console

@ZOS_GinaBruno I am looking for clarification. I have a memory of hearing that there will be FCT for consoles when the Orsinium DLC is released. Is this correct?

I am personally looking forward to having the option to be able to see how much damage I am doing at a single moment.

Scrolling combat text was indeed confirmed to be coming for consoles by ZOS.

It better be optional. I can't stand a screen full of numbers, totally breaks immersion.

Chances are that we will not see combat text until February or March. ZOS talks a big game but they are extremely slow at doing anything. Slow and steady loses the customer base wins the race.

I've never been a fan of floating text. I normally customize it to show only major events ( when I'm debuffed, when I crit). Too much scrolling is a tad annoying so would like it as a UI option fully customizable

I agree. I don't want to see every stat, all the the time. IF it is that way though, I will just have to turn it on, see what info I am looking for, and use that as a guesstimate while it is turned off.

I like the idea of it coming out and for some reason I thought it was with the next DLC. Would love a confirmation on that detail.

Console already has some things you can't turn off for some stupid reason. The Party UI, do I need to see 27 people in a sewers party, covering half my screen?

The new attribute bars fading out when full. I like this added feature in the last patch, but I understand people asking for a a on/off/automatic toggle in the menu options like other features.

I to would be amazed if we couldn't turn it off, especially after giving us the option to turn off the horses saddle bags etc.
