3. wait till unsuspecting prey hit laggy area
4. come from stealth and wipe them before their screen even registers they are being attacked.
5. Rinse and repeat for profit and TV

medieval_TOG✭✭✭Stupid lack of edit - actually kudos to him, he must of gained at least 15k in tv within a few minutes as players hit the lagged area. It was nicely played and executed.
And yeah, we saw he was an ex-emp, but they don't retain powers - and you can't name names in the ESO forums.
