*PC players have a severe superiority complex.
*Console players are smarter and have longer arms.
Real summary. If you enjoy playing games on the consoles then you won't be disappointed with it. If you enjoy playing on PC you will likely enjoy the game on PC. Either way you won't be disappointed with the game; it plays well on consoles as well as the PC. I prefer my console because that is what I am accustomed to and I don't like to play games on PC.

Yea....
Well, at least storage is fairly cheap these days. http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=22-148-840
Maybe not the best or even the cheapest, but hey, its something.
Addons have to be the number one reason.
Want to save yourself the hassle of scrolling through pages and pages of stuff at guild stores just to find one item? - Awesome Guild Store
Want to open your inventory and find what you are looking for without scrolling through your entire 200 item bag? - Advanced Filters
When did I feed my horse? Should I head back to town?
Hmm this trait, do I know it? Do I really have to go to a blacksmithing station to find that out? Does my alt know it?
Am I done researching that trait I started a few days ago?

And these are just good inventory/basic UI addons, not even mentioning combat addons.
Addons are the sole reason we were able to find the 2 biggest bugs on PTS right now, the half damage and too much resource cost bugs. Without addons it would have just been a "feeling" that things were "too hard".

Don't forget the chat add ons. I couldn't function without pchat and FCO Chat Tab Brain.
Azurah lets you arrange the UI hud to suit your taste.
So many great add ons. Many make the features just function the way it should have been at the start.

LOL
* Console, that's plug and play. With the PC version you have to do your research and 'trial and error' to fine tune the game to your specific machine. It can take hours. It's what you like of course.

PC.
Please don't bother with Console.
If you're just a casual player, Console is fine, but if you're going to be competitive in the end, want the best gear, min/max, all that crap — pick PC.

Lol okay buddy, there's plenty of casuals on both, and your hardcore PC players are too dependant on your add-ons to be quite honest. I do like the combat text but that's coming to console anyways.

Does PC have a larger community currently than console?

Nope. ESO was dying on PC. Console is what kept this game going. Console has a WAY larger community. In fact I do not know one MMO that is on Console and PC where PC is the dominate player base.

It does not play as well on console as it does on PC. I've played both
I think some people forget too that addon add features that would be a part most of MMORPGS by default. Damage Numbers, Effects Trackers, Enemy HP % visible, etc. The game has DPS checks in boss mechanics, phase changes based on health left, multiple effects to manage, and execute that interact with remaining health, and so on. It has one half and not the other.Strider_Roshin wrote: »PC.

Combat addons don't play for you, that's a common misconception. Most of the features would be standard and default in any other MMORPG. The pop ups for 'Potion Ready', 'Ultimate Ready', and 'Execute Now' would be the typically type of addons, along with parsers. However even those are starting to surface as default features. Everything else such as effect timers, damage numbers, enemy health %, visible resource numbers are not hidden from players in most other games.
The truth is not that PC players are dependant on addons, but rather ZOS left half the info invisible while having the functions of multiple effects to manage, bosses with DPS check mechanics, and skills that react to health values still in game.

Would not call it "Competitive". On PC whoever has the better rig usually wins. At least on console everyone is on even grounds.
I remember back in WoW Guild calling off raids for a week after the patch because they wanted the add ons to update to the current patch. And when they did try to do the raid they failed horribly. It was likeStrider_Roshin wrote: »Asherons_Call wrote: »*PC players have a severe superiority complex.

I have literally heard a PC player say he doesn't know if the boss is in execute range because he didn't have his add-on on. That's pretty dependant to me
