Latest PS4 patch has me in endless lag

Title says it all. Ever since this last patch, I have been in a constant state of lag and does not ever go away. It also takes way too long for my controller to read the abilities I'm trying to use and it's getting me killed all the time. I haven't read anything about this in the forums so far so I feel like I'm the only one this is happening to. I play in Cyrodiil all the time but the lag follows me to pve areas as well. This sucks there is literally nothing I can do. Is anyone else having similar problems?
