Hi guys, I'm new here.
A few days ago me and three friends tried to do Veteran DSA for the first time since the IC patch.
Previous to the patch we failed two times, one at the seventh arena, and another one at the last boss after arriving with only 6 lives.
This time we arrived at the last boss with aroud 70 lives left and managed to cut it's HP down to less than half more than a few times but in the end we weren't able to kill him and finished empty handed.
The main reason was that this fight is different from any other fight we have done (every 4man VET content) in the fact that has timers and requires to take time into consideration and do certain actions (split up) every minute or so.
After he summons the first two boss the time between each atronach summoning changes and we are basically forced to rely on other sources to count and that is in no way comfortable.
This was just an example and what made me register here to write this.
Playing this game on console lacks any sort of way to quantify things such as DPS\Healing and makes hard to compare yourself with Others and improve your build\character in a healty way. We also lack ways to know how much time has passed since we started a boss fight or a speedrun.
We also lack accurate stats, for example when you spend CP in "Elemental Defender" or "Spell Erosion" you have absolutely no clue about what you are doing because your character sheet doesn't indicate neither "Fire Resistence" nor "Spell Penetration".
The game is fun and the visuals are good and nice to see, but the more you want to not only have fun but also be competitive, the more this game fails to give you any precise numer to work upon in order to get better, at least on console.
I'd like to know if there is any way to get "numbers" on screen on console because me and (at least a few friends of mine) many Others would like to actually know what we are doing instead of watching healtbars and make guesses.
