Infinite Loading Screen cant enter the game

No matter where i try to log in i cant pass the loading screens, i even tried it on the local internet cafe to see if it was my PC's fault but even there i couldnt pass the menu loading screen it had a circle moving over and over. You clearly failed with your game in every single aspect, im glad that i can still refund the money on Steam
