I have been a Bethesda diehard for a long time I feel that's necessary to state before continuing. I got a $30 charge on my account from "eso plus" out of the blue and at first I was mad but then I thought hey what's wrong about some crowns and eso plus I could use it I thought the charge was $15 a month but if it's a game you like you pay. Well funny thing is after over-charging they never gave me my crowns eso plus runs out in a few days so it's not like I wasn't patient. You may think hey lowlifesquezy why don't you contact customer support? Oh I did 4 times I know if I am profane this will be taken down but let me just say [SNIP]. So thank you for overcharging me and then not giving me what i payed for i have bought every game you've ever made and cherished them like children and this is my thanks? Oh look at that eso is done uninstalling. Good riddance worsthesda. Forever.

It's published by them. So they approve of it screwing over people. I have 2 other friends who also have had the same happen to them. I will be telling everyone I know not to play this game and definitely not to buy eso plus.

Maybe try accessing your account or stopping your debit as the money will come out on the payment plan that you, yourself authorised, so I fail to see how it is Zenis fault.

Maybe I read your post wrong, but seems to be user error and not Zenis fault IMO, and a big rant about uninstalling the game and telling friends to not play wont help you, you actually need to access your account or ESO account and manually stop subbing, or else they will take out money every month or w/e your renewal plan is.

Again, hardly their fault or them screwing you over.

Try talking with them again and sorting it out.

I did cancel it. The problem was I never got my crowns or in game bonus xp.

I payed in oral for 4 months since games release I only received crowns the first two times. I'm not gonna pay for nothing and it happens too often to be overlooked.
