Post a video of that while your in Cyrodil and lets see how smooth that $200 computer runs....

I was wondering what i should change in my hardware and to what to get the best performance with great graphics. It appears to me like the CPU needs to be changed though (although i don't know how to with my one it's a bit tricky).
Windows 10 - 64 bit
AMD - 8320 Eight Core processor (8 cpus) - 3.5ghz
GTX 760
8GB RAM
I think i might also need to put in a water-cooling system for a new cpu just to help?
The image is of the cooling system cpu does anybody know how to take it out? do i just unhook those things, even though they are very resistant??

THAT'S TOO MUCH TITANS, CAPTAIN!!! SHE CANNO TAKE IT!!!
If I can make a suggestion here, it is the following:
-ignore the obviously overkill hardware and titans and all that rubbish
-get a new mid-range Intel chip that is recommended for gaming systems (i5, i7)
-get a new quality motherboard along with that (don't skimp on motherboard)
-slap your existing card in there and you will see gains of 10 fps ish easily

Thankyou, this was very helpful My motherboard is an Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 so would that be okay to keep? And would a good but cheaper i5 do okay like the i5 4690k be better than the amd i have now?
