If your group is bigger than 6 members gain 75% damage reduction.
You're right. Apparently Brian Wheeler actually quoted IC was never a PvP update. It was PvE but they just included the ability to PvP in there.Yolokin_Swagonborn wrote: »Imperial city wasn't a PvP update. We were duped. PvP is being discouraged. He didn't move and just did the usual rotation of templar skills.
His gear and or cp meant he was a good player. His skill choices movement etc not so much.
If they want people to continue these stationary giants don't help keep people playing.

I was always under the impression that the IC update was a PvP focused update. Since it was first announced as a PvPer i have been waiting for this update and what we got was more a PvE update than PvP. Now we will likely wait years again before PvP gets any real content. It's little wonder so many PvP players are leaving.

I thought it was designed with gated access in mind to promote more PvP. Fighting in Cyrodiil for the privilege of having access. I guess player demands ruined what was originally envisioned for the zone.

Assuming, there's going to be a permanent cap for traiting cps.
As I see it now, cp gives players of all skill levels an unfair advantage.
Of course, players that have been here longer should have better gear, but large boosts to their damage dealt and taking less damage is ubsurd.
PvP should be heavily player skill based, not so much stat based.
If CPs were disabled in PvP, I would be more willing to give it a try in ESO.
As it currently stands, I'm avoiding it altogether, as well as IC and subbing.

Um.... honey, that's not what my name is about. Think.... just a little.

Which has ruined it for PvE play because griefers can come in and make it impossible for you to do the PvE content. I don't mind getting ganked by someone if it is a fair fight. I really really don't. But in many cases it isn't a fair fight.

If that was what happened then I would have never complained about it. But it isn't what happened and I have made it clear what it is that I have a problem with. I DO NOT have a problem with getting beaten by a better player. In fact I love it when that happens because then there is something for me to learn or to set a goal toward achieving.
You seem to have completely misunderstood what I said. Please try again.

I'm not really sure what else they can reasonably be expected to do here?
