    It's true with this update though. Self heal in pvp is out of control.

    Yeah guys, watch all these changes to templar:
    Templar
    • Dawn’s Wrath
      • Radiant Destruction: This ability and its morphs will now properly display its visual effects if the first tick of damage kills the target.
    • Restoring Light
      • Mending: Slightly adjusted the bonus healing functionality for this passive, which will progressively scale up as your health decreases, up to a 10% healing bonus at low health.

    Templar out of control, can see his own beam, please nerf!

    Mending passive heals you 10% more if low on health, as oppose to today's Mending that heals you 10% more of you're low on health. Very radical change that one. Everyone will roll magicka templar now.

    What we Templars find most exciting about the new patches is which of our skills have been stealthed nerfed by ZoS without any mention in the patch notes.

    The charge bug has been the bane of my templar existence for a while, I switched to explosive charge when i was doing some farming for a little while and not 1 charge bug. Switched back to toppeling charge for some PvP and it bugged out the first time I used it and it got me killed...

    Side note, did you know explosive charge is an aoe interrupt? I just found this out, really good against casters in dungeon runs.

    I'm pretty sure every templar has noticed. Just like Valkyn Skoira user noticed the set doesn't proc any more.

    What's the point of an execute if the it's bonus damage is the same of my base skill?

    I'm gonna hazard the point of an execute is to actually execute. In other words, it's tactical damage, not sustained damage. I note your average on it is 9.3K, and its max is 17.6K. As I understand it, it's intended to drop that 50-to-33% health down fast. If 9-17K is what you're getting per tick (as opposed to 2-4K), it looks like both the skill and how you are using it are perfectly fine.

    The numbers may skew a bit depending on how many mobs there are, when combat ends, if you have any downtime between mobs while combat is up, magicka level on cast, etc. I noticed that my overall DPS spikes greatly in tests against single targets, but drops back down to an expected median in typical usage scenarios. I'm not entirely sure how FTC is counting the seconds for individual skills -- i.e. whether it cuts off the count when the skill ends or when the combat round ends.

    ...Actually, does anyone know the answer to that? If it's dividing overall damage by overall combat time, that's some sloppy, misleading math. Can FTC be configured to show the duration each skill was active?

    Admittedly, I'm not the best player out there, the highest level/CP'd, nor do I have the best gear. These are just my observations from my own experiences. And in my observations, it's performing the function I have it slotted for: to drop enemies with less than a third of their health remaining.

    Is the skill not operating as intended otherwise? Are there certain scenarios in which Radiant Destruction isn't keeping up with other skills during the last third of a boss's health bar? I'm sincerely curious if I'm missing something, as the 20% damage reduction from the last major update hasn't bothered me in the least. But again, I'm not the most skilled player out there, so it's possible I'm oblivious to some detail here.
