Legal action would not withstand, as OP has received all goods and services that were paid for.Time for legal action then if they wont give u your money back
Is your ESO Plus showing as active in-game? There should be an active effect in the Character Screen called "ESO Plus Member". You say you waited two weeks after the DLC launch; what were you waiting for? What happened when you tried to go into the Imperial City?biljnacanin wrote: »Let me tell you one thing. Like i said. I am subscribed to ESO plus since the console relase. I set it as an auto sub so that i dont need to do it all the time. But like i said before, i was waiting for 2 weeks after the DLC launch. I was tyerd of waiting and i paid. Well this was my fault not contacting ZOS earlyer, but how ever ther dont respond to allmost nobody. I do get my 1000 crowns each month, thats fine, means ESO plus in active, but still needed to pay for the DLC. So what do u think is wrong...

How ever i will contact zos over e-mail in hope to get some answears, because here its impossible... And yeah i waited two weaks to get into the city with no efect. Bought it and entered it...
So what happened when you tried within those two weeks? Did you get the popup notice saying Locked Content?biljnacanin wrote: »Eso plus every single time i enter my character. The warning message is a courtesy. They have no requirement to provide one.
That's odd.... if you haven't yet purchased it in the Crown Store, but have it available through ESO Plus, it should say something like "ESO Plus Unlocked", not "Purchased in Crown Store".LaughingJack wrote: »the really dodgy bit is that if you look into your character sheet, cant remember which bit, it states quite clearly that i have "Purchased the DLC through the crown store", which is patently incorrect as i have yet to Purchase it in the crown store, and it is in direct conflict with the screenshot in this thread (above - form Enodoc) of the IC purchase warning dialogue.
