PTS Lag Spikes every second or so

@ZOS_GinaBruno I'm sure you're all aware (if not, then here you go) but on the current PTS containing Orsinium, there are some serious lag issues. While I'm riding around the zone on my horse, the lag hits about every second. In the Maelstrom Arena, it's much MUCH worse. Whether I'm running around casting spells, or standing still barely moving my camera, or going through my inventory, there is crippling lag that makes the game unplayable for me. Anybody else havin this issue?
