[BUG] Distillate of Weapon Power combination yields only a Distillate of Stamina

The said problematic combination is Star Dew, Blessed Thistle, Dragonthorn and Mountain Flower. [EDIT2: Cloud Mist and Lorkhan's Tears don't work either. Still just getting Stamina Pots.] Using those 3 reagents should produce Weapon Power potion that gives Major Brutality, [x] amount of stamina depending on solvent and Major Endurance. I only get [x] amount of stamina depending on solvent and Major Endurance.

I tried using one thinking this might be just a visual error and that the effect might be there but I did not notice any increase in my damage. During the test, I did not use other skills that give Major Brutality as I know they do not stack.

I have asked for help at customer support and now waiting for a favorable reply. This thread is a warning to others who might be trying to craft this.

Solutions attempted:
-Rearranging Reagent order during crafting.
-Disabling addons then restarting the whole client.
-Waiting (slept for the night, relogged, problem still there XD)
-[EDIT2] Used Cloud Mist and Lorkhan's Tears. Still producting just Stamina pots.
Solutions I am not willing to attempt
-Respec then reattempt crafting (Waste of gold)
-Repair client (Don't want to redownload everything again)
