My launcher is broken?!

I started up my launcher today, not 15 mins ago, and it doesn't have a button of any kind! (Play, Repair, etc.)
Anyone else have this issue? it loads for about a minute, then starts downloading something, but doesn't actually download anything, just has 0% next to the name of the game. I honestly don't know what the hell caused this, yesterday it worked fine and I haven't changed anything in the mean time.

Kessra✭✭✭The launcher is broken since the launch of IC for me on windows 10. The repair option can't find the manifest, though the game is starting correctly if clicking on eso.exe directly in the ESO game client directory.0 -
