I like CP unlimited, but don't mind if there is a cap. Those with low cp should remember that the clue to PvP is to find a good raid guild, or a TS channel like War Council, and run with others in a disciplined group, until your CP is high enough to win duels and beat gankers. A weak player will experience epic battles if he or she just stack at crown and follow orders. In Wabba and Necrotic Lag, which are the major guilds in EU EP, we have players with both high and low CP. Nobody asks about your CP.
If you stack at crown, follow orders and learn to play in a team, then it doesn't matter that you only have 80 CP, because you will contribute more than a 500 CP player who is not a good team player.
The main problem of PvP now is that we are bogged down in a gear grind in IC, players are spread all over on different campaigns, and the traditional problem continues now as always: leading a raid of 16 -24 undisciplined players is as frustrating as herding cats.
Now some will argue that "I don't want to play in a large group, I want to win duels and enjoy small group skirmishes". That's okay, but in that case you will still be killed in this game unless you are really talented. Training, talent and choosing the right gear, class and race in order to win duels are more important than CP, except in cases where the CP gap is very large. But then treat the overpowered player as a boss in PvE: admit defeat and return to fight another day, when you have more CP. Two CP a day is over 700 in a year, that is steady and reasonable progress in a MMO.
