ESO Graphics (Text chat super tiny) - how to fix

I just got a new WIndows 10 notebook and installed ESO, but it's impossible to read the text chat because it's so tiny. I've tried changing the text size in Social settings but it doesn't change anything.
The game is pretty much impossible to play if you can't read the text chat in zone, group etc. whats the solution.

✭Have you tried to pull/resize the chat window? Maybe the text adjusts to it when the chat window size changes.
