That was the Console Version Hot-Fix?

I don't care about the multiple nerfs, buffs, stealth nerfs, just dont care, that part of the patch and DLC seems to be working fine, I coped just fine with them.
Maybe some parts a little annoying, but the MMO scene changes from patch to patch, this is nothing new to me.

What gets me? More than anything?
We still don't have a hotfix on the consoles for these insane bugs.
The things you DID hotfix I didn't even have problems with!!
Sure, they aren't game breaking, people are still playing... but I haven't been able to access my 4 guild banks in a week now.
I've spent about 1 and half hours in loading screens.

Oh, not to mention the 3,000 crowns I'm owed from my continuous subscription... something which if I want to see fixed, *I* have to provide evidence in the form of a Proof Of Purchase from Microsoft... thanks for the 30 minutes phone call ZOS.

If these aren't addressed by the end of this month, I'm cancelling my subscription and moving on.
And I am pretty far down the list of my friends which have already thrown in the towel.

I'm disappointed Zenimax.
I think a lot of us are.

Today, we completed two hotfixes for consoles on both megaservers, which are now live:

Fixed an issue where the effects from potions, food, and drink from vendors in Cyrodiil were not functioning properly.

wow what a great hotfix.............. ijs I tend to spend a lot of coin over time on mmos tbh I already had canceled my sub cus zenimax no matter how much gets paid doesn't fix the things wrong with it. I was thinking a while ago about leaving soonish if the game don't get better. did the same with destiny... cept eso would have gotten a lot more cash off of me. last mmo I played ws a f2p and I enjoyed it so much I spent lo estimate of 5k in the game. just because. but zen wont see any more from me if they do not fix the issues

Can't feel the same, cause i don't even play more than 1 hour a week now and never used a ESO+ sub.
But i can understand frustration like that.
    Wish you luck.

Bye bye then, because we've already been told that these issues are scheduled for an early October incremental patch.
The next incremental for consoles will be sent for first-party certification in the next week or two, with a publish later in October; we'll announce a date for the patch as soon as we have it nailed down. The issues you mentioned surrounding the Guild Bank, Guild Trader, and missing beams should all be addressed in that patch, and we're continuing to work on the loading screen issue.

I haven't been able to play since the IC update (which I didn't want and disappointed we were forced to install that even if we didn't want the sucky new content). Keep watching for a patch saying they fixed everything they broke but I doubt that will happen anytime soon if ever.
Play on PS4 I do like the game, I just feel it could be a lot better and would like to feel like the devolpers actually care about the game and not just making money

Agreed. TBH it's more of an annoyance than anything game-breaking. But I can understand that it's a bit harder to target with.

Wow... and everyone is just okay with this?

The patching process with consoles, in-particular Microsoft, involves a lengthy approval process before implementation.
    But Hot fixes do exist.
They cost the company additional money.

You have seen Triple A studios shell out the cash to do these emergency patches several times before.
Rockstar and GTA Online is a great example.

We don't get the same level of courtesy here as ESO fans apparently.

I find a massive problem with this.

Sure those things that were hot fixed needed fixing, but omg there are so many things that should have been higher on the list. Honest question, is there just a big hat full of problems that are chosen at random, or is there actually some logical method to your madness?

*shrug* It's the price we pay for playing on a console. There are procedures that have to be done before a patch can be "approved" Like Belidos said, it is what it is.

In all my years of gaming, I've never let a mere game "ruin" me or make me ragequit. Life is too short for such minor First World Problems.

I am very disappointed with this. Actually hotfixes and small updates/fixes cost the company nothing. Only larger patches and DLC cost the company money to push through Microsoft, if they have already done 1 update in the last 6 months. They get 1 free update every 6 months, which is all they should need if a game is done correctly. You know, how games used to be done.

Beams is not just affecting player skills though, there are pve bosses that have beam skills that are not showing up, some of these have a visual queue but for others the first you know they're using it is when your groups health drops like a rock. Though we've been able to work around it, its not fun guessing when a skills started or finished. Its also hard to see if repentance worked at all. From a pvp point of view my enemies have been dropping like flies since they don't even know I'm using radiant oppression until its to late.

yeah I remember back in the day you never ever ever had to worry about these problems they would make sure it works before selling it.... hence anything sold and is broken is called back ,recalled and you get money back or replaced with a new one that's better and works. what about this game? nope its gone and the devs laugh at you like haha we got another one mwahahahahaha

They new IC was full of bugs after pc release but released console anyways.

Delaying a release could cost them sales. Better to sell something thats broken then sell nothing at all. Not like you can ask for your crowns back.

They worked on IC for so long and still so many problems. I hope Orsinium goes better even though it will get released on time for xmas no matter what.

People who complain. Just do what you said you would. Leave a d come back in mid October nothing will stop you going. I've had zero issues with the beams not being shown. It's pretty easy to see what is being used without the beams.

There is issues such as boss mobs not engaging in certain vet dungeons but I don't ***..mi log the bug and move on. The game is so massive that a simple bug can be ignored...

So please do us a favour and go.

More importantly I've noticed a vast improvement in the game stability. I have yet to crash to a blue screen since ic...sure the loading times are a pain but it's 30 seconds to a minute...nothing major.

These bugs are insult to injury on top of a DLC that's , well not very practical in design. I would level a alt in a poor DLC like this but the guild trader issues plus load screens makes me want a break. Even crappy MMOs make it for years this one could be great , could be . To be honest, the guild trader issue doesn't bother me, I never use the guild traders anyway, I like to earn or craft my own stuff instead of buying it, so I've only really glanced at them occasionally. I can see how it would be a really bad bug for people who do use them though.
