Bye bye then, because we've already been told that these issues are scheduled for an early October incremental patch.ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »The next incremental for consoles will be sent for first-party certification in the next week or two, with a publish later in October; we'll announce a date for the patch as soon as we have it nailed down. Wow... and everyone is just okay with this?
The patching process with consoles, in-particular Microsoft, involves a lengthy approval process before implementation.
But Hot fixes do exist.
They cost the company additional money.
You have seen Triple A studios shell out the cash to do these emergency patches several times before.
Rockstar and GTA Online is a great example.
We don't get the same level of courtesy here as ESO fans apparently.
I find a massive problem with this.
No one else is disappointed by this?

It is what it is, not a lot we can do about it, we either play or don't play, complaining won't get us anywhere as long as people continue to accept the situation and pay for crowns, the bottom line is in fact the bottom line here.

I am very disappointed with this. Actually hotfixes and small updates/fixes cost the company nothing. Only larger patches and DLC cost the company money to push through Microsoft, if they have already done 1 update in the last 6 months. They get 1 free update every 6 months, which is all they should need if a game is done correctly. You know, how games used to be done.

Delaying a release could cost them sales. Better to sell something thats broken then sell nothing at all. Not like you can ask for your crowns back.
They worked on IC for so long and still so many problems. I hope Orsinium goes better even though it will get released on time for xmas no matter what.
What did they hot fix?
