Crashing going into Memorial District

NA--DC-PC-Azura's Star hit the ladder to go up to the Memorial district and it crashes the game. Completely. It's happened twice.

Double checked by taking off addons, crashed a third time. It's NOT an addon issue.

Sorry for the doublepost but it wouldn't let me edit the first one.

So... tried Elven Garden.. same thing, crashes the game completely.
