If you slot a vamp ability on each bar something strange happens

Ok, that's what I noticed tonight: I have a stamina templar vampire, 1st bar 2H weapon, 2 bar dual wield. In the 1st bar I have Mist form slotted and on 2nd bar I have devouring swarm.... When i Use 1st bar abilities I have the bonus for stamina and magicka regen doubled O.O, I wonder if this is intended....... If I take away the mist form from the 1st bar I have the same bonus on both bars...... Bug?

NinjaApacHe✭✭✭✭That's strange. Anyway I think it's enough to have an ability on one bar to get the bonus. Did you try to take away mist form and then press C to see if your stats change on both bars? And then the same with devouring swarm, and then both abilities? I'm really interested if it something happening to me only. ✭Yup yup I slotted a vamp ability on both bars. Without one slotted no regen bonus. Wonder if all the other passives are nonfunctional too?A is for Atronach.

NinjaApacHe✭✭✭✭Yes the ultimate is fine, but you need to have it on both bars to always have the bonus. This is the thing that sucks: you lose 2 abilities if you want to always have the vamp bonus. It was worth if same happened with vamp malus. No ability on your bars, no bonus and no malus.
