can't access vet3 quest favor for the queen.

I teleported to help a friend in dessert and now I can't continue with story since favor for the queen won't show up.
please help

    Favor for the Queen will only show up if you haven't already started the storyline the Alik'r Desert. If you've already done Risen From the Depths and/or Rise of the Dead in Sentinel, Favor for the Queen no longer exists, and you'll have to go back to Sentinel to continue the story.
