A question about the "Reduce Magicka cost of spells" jewelry enchantment.

Does that only reduce the Magicka cost of spells only or does it reduce the Magicka cost for all the abilities that use Magicka?

And while we're at it, why do so many of the jewelry pieces that have Reduce Magicka cost for spells also have increased Stamina as the second trait?

For those that may ask this question in the future.

Yes, it does reduce the Magicka cost for abilities that use Magicka.

I spammed a Nightblade ability that used Magicka and with 1 amulet and 2 rings that all reduced Magicka cost I was able to use that ability 6 times.

When I took the amulet & rings off, I could only use that ability 4 times.

i put Kuta Based spell cost reduction glyphs on all my casters jewelry, I rarely if ever run out of magic. Nice when you also stack it with other cost reductions like Seducer 5 piece, light armor passives and champ system. Its not quite as good as it used to be but still an effective way to go. I think it is better than going for Regen, but I think that might be better for PvP.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
