Incomplete textures! Paying for incomplete products is okay?

Hi all, so this is what the Ashlander helm looks like in it's non-costume form;



Notice the ability to see out the helm?

The following images are the Crown store costumes;




This looks like a consequence of taking five minutes out of your shift to make a costume, you forget to use the right item code for head-pieces, similarly to how it took a year for the Coat of the Mountain set helm to be changed from Breton to Ashlander style.

First this, then the Maelstrom Baron polymorph and now we have a thread on how Crown Store repair kits only work when they want to.

Where will we be a year from now with inconvenient convenience items and costumes with incomplete textures?

Could you just refund the Crowns I paid for this incomplete textured costume pack back to my account so I can buy another costume with hopefully complete textures please?

I understand this is extremely low priority, fixing products you sell for revenue now that we're supporters of a B2P not subscription based AAA title, I'd greatly appreciate being able to risk purchasing an incomplete costume with refunded Crowns to my account, I'd even be satisfied with just a response saying this will be fixed in second quarter of 2016.
