Buff up the WW/Vamp ultimate.

For WW, while using your ultimate your health regens faster to full while turning WW animation is active.( a lot of strategy can be used here as a trump card)
For Vamp, low ultimate cost like the dawnbreaker or increase damage.

A long time ago, Bat Swarm could cost 50 ultimate to use at stage 4 and people combined it with the Akaviri Dragonguard set which lowered it by 15% and they played Sorcerers and used the Power Stone Passive to lower it by an additional 16%.making it cost a mere 19% ultimate to use, do you know what this resulted in? Unkilllable Vampire Gods walking around spamming there ultimate which they managed to refill in less then a 4 - 5 seconds up until the point they could recast bat swarm before the first one even ended, I agree vampires need at least a small buff perhaps to the drain essence as it is still useless in PvP due to the healing debuff but as for there there ultimate...No.

Pshhh 50 ult? If my remember right it was possible to get it to cost something even more absurd like 7 ult. Then with former emp passive I think it literally costed 0 as a sorc.

My ideas for buffing them a bit:
Let all single target skills miss you while using clouding swarm as long as you're not marked.
Let the WW heal (or at least one morph of it) scale of your max stamina.

Dont make the WW heal scale of stamina please ! The ratio is completely over the top and only balanced because a WW cant afford to invest much into magicka while staying a threat.
Also that would completely counteract the intention of the skill to be a magicka dump in WW form.

An out of conbat HP regen buff to WWs seems fair from my book, but anything that improves in combat WW performance needs to be considered very carefully, since WW is an absolute powerhouse in PvP at the moment.

Drain essence and Mist form are both pretty much crap skills they need reworked again. Drain essence was just made completely trash useless some feedback for the devs, it's trash now. Literally take it out of the game I would rather have nothing than 10% of my missing health thats BS

Well, not only that but also the vamp passive(super natural recovery) are not working since the update. So, pretty much all abilitiea are BS now for vamp. So, the best option is to buff up the ultimate

You have to have a vamp ability slotted one per bar to get the regens. And considering they suck it's a stupid change. Give me 10 diff skills like WW FFS

Well, I have the ultimate slotted on both of bars and still the passive doesn't display.(may be abug, huh?)

I remember one who could stack them at zero cost he killed entire raids solo before that was a normal thing took them months to fix and that ruined PvP for a long time. Even now bat swarm seems to be one of most common used abilities so a lot of people must think it's good
