Add-On that keeps track of CC diminishes -- stuns, snares, etc

Is there an Add-On that keeps track of CC diminishes that lets you know when you'll be able to stun the current target again?
Example; I stun a target with Veiled Strike. That target can't be stunned again until an invisible timer is done.
I'm not going to lie, I've been scared to be someone that uses add-ons. Especially since I've always been a Vanilla guy in every TES game I've played. But since this is an MMO & I'm getting into PvP more, I'd like an add-on like the idea I mentioned above.
Also, any HUD add-on recommendations that stick to the core graphic design of the game would be greatly appreciated. I want to experiment a little. Thanks.

I see screenshots of peoples' add-ons showing hidden values of enemy player's HP, enemy player buffs with timers and other values that aren't normally shown in game. So how is the add-on I'm asking for any different?

Aerieth✭✭✭You can see whirling while circles around the targets feet when they're immune to CC. No need for an addon for that. You can go test this with monsters as they too get CC immunity after you hit them with one. It has to be a stun, fear or other hard CC though as snares and roots won't trigger CC immunity, though there are skills that make you immune to those effects.
FTC is a good addon to start with. It's pretty much the only one you need for all necessary information while doing PvP. @Aerieth - PC EU Megaserver

Member of ESO Since January 29, 2014, started early Access 3/30/14 on PC, currently subbed on NA PS4 and on NA PC. Note- I only use PC for PTS testing purposes, the PS4 is my dedicated Game Platform.
Note- for those that don't know how to say Kotaro Atani it's "Ko tar row Ah ta ni" (Ko with a Oh sound, tar which sounds like the sticky black tar stuff, row like rowing a boat, Ah with a AHHHH sound, Ta with a Tahhh sound, Neeee which sounds like knee)
