Jagged text on Launcher

I've noticed recently that my text for the launcher is really jagged. I had upgraded to Windows 10, then had to reinstall all my apps. ESO installed fine, but since the install is when this started happening. The text in game and the graphics are fine it's on the launcher and a few other windows I have in Windows.
