Skinner boxes is not what we want

as ESO started there were little to no Skinner boxes mechanics being used & now with the new DLC it seems its has alot of it, i mean even the recent change to trophies screams it.i don't understand why ESO would even consider to do this when its Pay to play model of game & not a sub any longer.i am hoping that with the next expansion they will see that doing this style of content only causes people to get discourage then continue to play longer.
