Since the patch the inventory system has become all confuddled. Despite having an inventory space of 80 I can really only carry 79. The reason being is items that should stack seem to require an extra space. I'm not sure if this is making much sense, I'm very ill and don't know a better way to phrase it  I've had to destroy items I'm carrying simply to add the extra ore, wood or cloth that should stack. I have also noticed the "take all" button doesn't work on occasion.

I mentioned in a previous post about not being able to loot, put my weapon away and being trapped 'in combat' even when I'm far from any fight. With the inventory issue as well I find it really frustrating to play at the moment :disappointed:

Our guild got a Guild Trader for the first time just prior to the patch but as prices aren't showing up in the store it has prevented a lot of people buying anything. So the guild has suffered, I feel.

Combat is broken too. My staff isn't showing the beam attack and my Clanfear often sits there like an idiot without attacking when it should. There is unbelievable lag on my attacks too, which has caused me to needlessly die 3 times.

There are other issues but I feel these need addressing as a matter of urgency. I don't feel the game is playable right now with combat and loot issues as these are largely why I play ESO. I appreciate how much effort and time ZoS put into the game and are surely working on a fix as we speak, but I hope I'm not alone is saying that it's something that needs to be fixed sooner rather than later

Considering some bugs have been with us since release, it's anyone's guess when any bug gets fixed. :'(

I would love to see ZOS's internal quality control system and SOP. Do they capture all incoming issues? Do they make a quality based decision on every issue. (e.g. Fix, keep as is, call it a feature, etc) DO they internally audit their own quality system by checking back on issues on a monthly or bi-annual basis to see if the issues ever were resolved?

I wonder if their issue list looks like this
    • Issue 1: Solved: Removed feature in the game that was causing the issue.
    • Issue 2: Solved Renamed to Feature 2
    • Issue 3: Technical limitation - No further action possible
    • Issue 43534535353454: Technical limitation - Marketing says call it a feature

    etc

Yeah. I'm sure they really just don't care and want to ruin their own game.

Every company "cares." Very few companies have a robust, closed loop, self-auditing QA system with timely and effective issue triggers coming from customer service. Don't confuse the people with the process. Most companies have decent people but a terrible process.

I think the sad truth is that even when they do fix some of the newer bugs it won't fix a lot of the combat and loot problems. Normally I'd be patient if it's a game I'm fairly addicted to, but with SW: Battlefront and Fallout 4 on the horizon there will be a fight for my attention (which would actually save me money on my weekly ESO purchases) I absolutely love ES and have been supportive of ESO from the start so I really hope they fix things ASAP
