Did Inner Light receive a nerf? I didn't see anything in the patch notes. I use to be able to get 20% spell crit from it, but now I am only receiving 10%.

Overload is bugged. Mailed items have bugs. Animation has a lot of bugs. Store has bugs. These are just a few new bugs I saw, wouldn't be a bit surprised if this is bugged too. Oh and I noticed a few skills do not line up on patch notes of what they are supposed to be doing

Did you just return to ESO because of IC after a long break? It used to be 20% at launch but hasn't been 20% in a really long time.

Also, perhaps related to your issue, there was a fix to Magelight recently if you used it along with Inferno:

"Fixed an issue where the character UI would show an incorrect critical strike value when Magelight and Inferno were active at the same time. You will always only get 10% critical strike."

Perhaps, this has been different on PS4, but I'm 100% sure 2 days ago I was receiving 20% crit chance with inner light.

I think I remember reading something a while back the the tool tip was bugged and is now fixed with this patch for PS4.

And you are probably right. That Magelight and Inferno fix came with the IC patch, and while that means it's been on PC for a bit it just came to PS/Xbox this week. It showed an extra 10% on the character sheet but it was never actually present. It was fixed so people wouldn't think they had more crit than they actually had.

Before the IC i had a total of 49% spell crit with inner Light. After the IC it went down 10% to 39%.

That's quite possibly this. The "actual" crit chance you had was probably already 39% (instead of the displayed 49%), so that's a tooltip issue.

There was a bug with the console version that made it show as 20% and not 10% on the character sheet when in fact it was 10% all along. Its a major buff so it follows along with the rest of that. Nothing has changed for you. Just the visual bug was fixed in this latest patch. Thread closed!

Check your gear set. I was getting about 50% spell crit (with magelight) before the patch and now I'm down to 40%. I tested the magelight issue before the patch and it's always only given me 10% spell crit. With the recent nerfs to crafted sets, there's a noticeable difference in my spell power and spell crit. Regardless, it's BS if you ask me.

It was definitely showing me a 20% spell crit increase a week ago on the Xbox One. I will have to take a look at it later tonight when I get one. That would suck if doesn't give 20%. I might have to reconsider using the skill since it's double barred on my nightblade. I know it provides extra magicka and magicka regen with Mage Guild passives, but I wonder if another skill (or 2) might provide more benefit. That or it has only ever shown me a 20% increase when it was really just 10%.

Major Crit buff has always been 10% no higher. PC didnt have the glitch

My guess is that it was a bug on consoles. I'm on Xbox One as well, but I've always only gotten a 10% buff. Regardless, it's still a buff worth having. Especially since they nerfed the numbers on all the non-V16 gear. My advice is to get the spell crit champion passive and that'll make up for it.
