ESO PLUS DID NOT GIVE ME IC?!

I'm an Eso Plus member on ps4, it still shows up that I can purchase and should on my ps4 menu's aswell as in game on the crown store... not very pleased about this.. how can I check if I do have ic?

You can play IC as is. Just go into cyrodil and use the gates.

However if you cancel your eso plus it will be gone. Thats why you can still buy it - to have a copy not reliant on your subscription

If your ESO+ subscription hasn't run out you have access. You also have the option to purchase it with crowns because the sub only gives you access for as long as the sub lasts. That means that if you want to cancel your sub, but still have access to IC you can spend crowns to buy it outright. That's why it shows up in the crown store. You can confirm that you have access by going to IC.

Just because you are an ESO Plus member, does not mean you "get" IC content without buying it. It just means you have access to it as long as your membership is active. You will not cease to see it as an item to purchase in the Crown Store until and if you actually buy it - regardless of having a membership or not.

As far as verifying access, all you need do is look in group finder, since you will be able to access the new 4 man dungeons without even setting foot in IC if you choose. Otherwise, following the instructions already provided about how to get to your faction's hub entrance as does everyone else.

This is actually the best way to do it if you don't subscribe normally anyway. You pay for a 1 month sub, don't spend the 1500 Crowns that come with it, try out IC during that month, decide if you like it enough to buy it, and if you do then you've already got 1500 Crowns from your 1 month sub sitting there to go towards the purchase price. If you decide it's not worth it for you, then you hang on to those 1500 Crowns until the next DLC comes out, and then do the same thing. Then you'll have 3000 Crowns and you can buy the next DLC outright with that if you like it.

For future reference, that's not the best plan. When IC came out, people who didn't have it could see it in the LFG tool. They can still get pledges for WGT. The best way to check if you can access a DLC is going to the new area. No chance of mistake then

Indeed. Best way to see if you can get into somewhere is to try to get into it
You should also be able to check in the DLC section of the Collections screen; Imperial City will either be there, or it won't be. If it's there, it'll either say "Unlocked with ESO Plus", or "Purchased" (or something like that).
