There was no damage nerf in WGT and IC prison

I ran them last night with a very experienced group and the first boss in icp still did 20k light attacks while I was blocking
I am geared with around 40k armor/spell resistance and have tanked everything in the game. Trials, vdsa, etc
Tanking isn't a problem in any of the new content as far as the stam regen goes.
The problem is the damage
If the boss looses aggro for one second he one shots anyone in the group.
The change(if there even was one) wasn't enough and I can see many players still having issues with it
