I'd say sorc for pve, also has more survivability thanks to crit surge

NB:
1) has both self buffs for weapon dmg minor&major
2) has better stamina regen and long stamina regen buff
3) crit chance for each assassination ability sloted

Sorc
1) has only major weapom dmg self buff
2) has stamina pool buff
3) has stamina based AoE Dot + armour self buff
4) weapon dmg bonus for each storm ability sloted
5) mana to stamina tranfer ability
6) desintegration chance (with 3 or shock weapon enchant or overload ulti)

So stamina sorcs looks quite competitive with NB (and they also have better survivability)

so sorc build like steel tornado - evil hunter(or fury or encase for CC) -thundering presence-critical surge-bound armament -- power overload will be pretty strong for AoE
