Does the ruffian passive also give bonus damge from spells while you're dual wielding? Or is it just physical damage skills?

Kobaal✭✭✭✭✭It increases your spell power if you use 2 swords so it should increase the damage from your magicka abilities.
An easy way to double check is to look at the tool-tip damage of an bility. Then put on two swords and check the tool-tip damage agian to see if it has increased. No it does not increases spell power that comes from having two weapons not just swords you have two base spell power instead of one the passive only adds damage vs stunned
