Argonian racial suggestion
Not a long post just some thing i noticed.
We don't have a health\magicka race at all, why don't we have argonians fill that role. Something like 6% max magicka to reflect their new 6% max health passive.

Health Races-Imperial(Max Health) Orc( Health Regen)
