[Bug Report] stuck on top of a cooking pot

My Nightblade found himself stuck on top of a cooking pot having using a Teleport strike to get into combat with mobs near the fire.
I could not move off the pot, could not jump, could spin on the spot on top of the pot, could not interact with the NPC I was questing with, could pick up items from the nearby armor/weapons racks, could not repeat teleport strike to the mobs when they respawned.
Tested dying to the mobs when they respawned, opted to return as a ghost but returned on top of the pot, still no ability to move off. Was successfully able to port to a known Wayshrine.

Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.
