Critique my Stamina NB Build!

I’m battling back and forth between whether or not I want to build my Wood Elf Nightblade into a Stamina or Magicka based dps. The ideal of the character is to be versatile in both PvE and PvP with higher regards towards PvE. This build borrows much from Deltia’s poison damage build, which I LOVED (being Bosmer). I’m V14 currently and hope to progress well into PvE/P endgame soon. I have my eyes set on the Hawk Eye and Sheer Venom sets, but all the poison stamina sets for IC have really piqued my interest. Please find and critique the below build.

Should the link prove faulty, the basic info is:

2h/Bow

2h: Purely a single target goliath. This bar is used for getting in range and finishing targets, as well for keeping up Major Fracture if someone else is not able to apply it. This is also the healing/GTFO bar using Rally and Dark Cloak until safe spam.

1: Ambush

2: Rally

3: Dark Cloak

4: Surprise Attack

5: Killer’s Blade

Ult: Soul Harvester

Bow: This bar is the main damaging/use bar. Used for applying and maintaining poison damage. The crits are mighty post-50%HP. Relentless Focus and/or Evil Hunter are flex spots. Likely subbing in Siphoning Attacks into one of those for AoE Poison via Acid Spray.

1: Evil Hunter

2: Poison Injection

3: Acid Spray

4: Lethal Arrow

5: Relentless Focus

Ult: Flawless Dawnbreaker

You get more bang for your buck with executioner vs Killer's Blade. Also, I think you should move dawnbreakerto your 2h bar for extra damage. The bow makes up the difference with its critical chance passive and being far away. I understand wanting to use Soul harvester, but 2h has an ability that builds ultimate as well.

I did Killer's Blade with the intent to, eventually, get 100 pts into Thurmaturge, making KB edge ahead of Executioner. This is especially true since I don't have other damaging 2h attacks on that bar to synergize with Exe. Also, Dawnbreaker is on the bow bar as Bow is the primary source of damage, 2h is for execute phase. At 25% I swap to 2h, pop Harvester and spam KB keeping Harvester down when able.

BTW, KB is a bit better than Executioner between 19%-25% as Executioner doesn't fully ramp until sub-19%. Allowing you to get MUCH more damage out of KB when paired with Harvester.

Also, Cleave was not considered for this build simply because it isn't as useful as anything I could have in its place.

Looks good to me, very similar to what I am running, but I use dual wield instead of 2h, and vigor instead of rally.

I thought about Vigor instead, but I feel like for me to do what I want I'd be giving up one skill for two, which I just don't have room for. Rally = Vigor + Hidden Blade (for the heals and weapon buff). In a perfect world, I would be using DW. Sadly, it just doesn't have what I need.

How does your build work for you? Anything you'd change? I have concerns about Poison and what (and what not) effects it's damage. I'd love to call it a day and sink everything I have into Mighty in order to benefit both bars, but I don't believe Poison works off of Physical Damage. My rough understanding of Poison is it is effected via Weapon Power, Weapon Damage, Bow damage, and Thurmaturge.

Seems good. As long as you can burn down groups and bosses then whatever you use is awesome.

Why would you have surprise attack on the 2H if you only execute with it? You can throw shuffle or double take there for some extra defence at melee range. Maybe siphoning attacks.
When the snows fall and the white winds blow,
the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.

Arg | Pc Na | Factionless Mag Warden.

    That is a good point.

Siphoning would be good here. I like Double Take, was also considering Shadow Image for the Port avoidance of dmg. Surprise Attack is there in the instance that someone else cannot supply armor debuff.

For pvp I would slot mass hysteria somewhere. That cc is really good

Don't listen to them. Keep Soul Harvest on your 2H. Harvest+Killers blade spam= insane damage.
